True Tone is a great way to tone down the harshness of your Smart phone’s display. It adapts the color temperature of the screen to fit with the lighting around you. To put it simply, it turns the display warmer and gets rid of the bothersome blueish hue so many electronics possess. If your routine includes a lot of screen time, this will lessen the strain on your eyes.
How to enable True Tone on your iPhone

  1. Start the Settings app on your iPhone.
  2. Tap Display & Brightness.
  3. Turn on the switch next to True Tone. Once turned on, the button will turn green. Your display will now automatically adjust to “match the ambient light” in your surroundings.
