l also believe the phone should not be charged until the battery is below 20% and when charging, it should not be unplugged or used until it gives a notification of full charge. It improves the battery life.
I do the same. And I try to use Wi-Fi whenever possible as mobile data drains the battery more. It’s always a good idea (if you don’t have an active social life and you can wake up when your alarm goes off) to turn off your Wi-Fi and Bluetooth completely or turning on Airplane Mode which disables all the connections. And turning on lower power mode by the time you go to sleep. This will help in the overall battery health.
