The brands of iPhone and OnePlus are mainly known for delivering better gadgets, and that is why most individuals are faithful to them. As per their brands, the above phones are potentially the best in the industry. They come with a tag, though, and you have to be prepared to dig further into your pockets to afford them. Such machines appear to give you a certain sense of owning them, and they boost your reputation as well.
OnePlus 8 Pro is one of the best brands and it has a 6.78″ Fluid AMOLED monitor. This screen has a refresh rate of 120Htz and it also supports HDR 10+, which acts as a decent display stage. It’s a shame that we have to note how the screen size of the iPhone 11 still annoys certain people. The consistency of quality and color is usually Apple and, honestly, very good. But it’s in the department of resolution and frames that the OnePlus 8 Pro could sideslip past iPhone 11 entirely.
The OnePlus 8 Pro comes with a refresh rate screen of 120Hz with HDR10 resolution QHD+ (3168×1440) and a max brightness of 1300nits. Most flagship smartphones, including Samsung and certainly the measly HD screen of iPhone 11, totally blast away in the number game.
Camera
With the OnePlus 7T Pro, OnePlus introduced some competent machine photography, and with the launch of a flicker sensor for the latest OnePlus 8 Pro, with its quad-camera rig, we’re sure to get some really good images.
On the other side, the iPhone 11 has the best camera we have seen on a smartphone. Since Pixel 4 and Huawei are missing from India and are therefore very unlikely to appear in the immediate future. With its low-light and Fusion smarts for mobile imaging enthusiasts, the iPhone gets a head start and does a terrific job.
Only a wide-angle and an ultra-wide-angle lens are available. So, the OnePlus 8 Pro once again provides a better run with a quad rig consisting of 3x Telephoto, 48MP Ultra-wide angle, 48MP key, and a Color Filter Camera at the number game. The last one is to apply to your daily shots some pop and jazz and maybe take away the hassle of using an editor app. It will also provide your shots with more variety with more lenses to play with only time will tell.
Battery
Both smartphones come with wireless charging and a system-wide Dark Mode feature, but the OnePlus 8 Pro is going to juice up quicker. OnePlus is introducing a portable charger Wrap Charge 30, which is 30 minutes and will charge the OnePlus 8 Pro wirelessly from 1 percent to 50 percent. That’s borrowed from Huawei, and then we look forward to saying goodbye to the cables if it’s anything like that.
In the meantime with its wired packaged cable, the iPhone charges at a snail’s speed even though the handset supports rapid charging. You must fork out some extra dosh to purchase the quick charger or buy the iPhone 11 Pro that has the fast charger packed in for quicker charging speeds.
In the OnePlus 8 Pro, there’s WiFi 6; we’ll certainly try it and find out in the full summary how it affects daily usage. There is also a 5G version available, but right now it does not make sense here in India. OnePlus 8 Pro works well with OnePlus 8 Pro protection cases.
Performance
The A13 Bionic chip of the iPhone is no sloucher and it still manages to perform daily activities and gaming like a pro even after months into our study. It’s one of the best features of an Apple iPhone, a catch-up that every Android wants to play. OnePlus 8 Pro takes it seriously and jams a mind-twisting 12GB RAM (8GB version still available) along with Snapdragon 865 to pump up the muscle during PUBG Mobile battles and CoD Mobile shoots for daily exercise and even for those moments of heavy lifting.
The OnePlus’ high refresh rate always makes to feel like it’s a power to be dealt with but we’re going to have to wait before we have our hands on the system and be able to give you our final judgment on which one is better.
Conclusion
Both smartphones are, in their own right, capable and hard hitters. We’ve checked and plan to use the Apple iPhone 11, but the OnePlus 8 Pro needs to be in our hands to make a definitive decision about this battle. A big consideration here too is the price.
The iPhone 11 begins at 64 GB at 64,900, and the OnePlus 8 Pro declines at 128 GB at $899.
OnePlus might have a nice opportunity to tap into the vacuum with the two missing giants (Google Pixel and Huawei), but will the iPhone 11 allow it? For the final decision, we’ll have to wait.
