1. Close And Reopen Tips
If Tips app is not working on iPhone running iOS 17, closing and reopening it is a quick way to fix any minor software bugs it’s currently experiencing. If your iPhone has a Home button, double-press it to bring up the app switcher. If your iPhone doesn’t have a Home button, swipe up from the very bottom to the center of the screen.

3. Restart Your iPhone
It’s sometimes possible to resolve an issue with Tips app by restarting your iPhone. A common troubleshooting technique relies on the fact that turning the phone off and back on again eliminates any glitches that might reside in memory, and lets all the software start fresh.
If your iPhone has Face ID, press and hold the side button and either volume button at the same time until slide to power off shows up on the screen. If your iPhone doesn’t have Face ID, press and hold the power button until slide to power off shows up on the screen.
Now, drag the red and white power icon from left to right. Your iPhone will shut down.
