You can report a problem with a game that you downloaded from the Apple Games app on your iPhone. You can also request a refund. Both start on the Report a Problem website, where you’ll use your Apple Account and follow the onscreen instructions.
- On your iPhone, go to the Report a Problem website. Sign in to your Apple Account.
- Tap I’d like to and then choose an option from the pop-up menu.
