Here are step by step instructions for how to delete photo album on iPhone or iPad running iOS 13 or iPadOS 13.

  1. Start the Photos app and then tap Albums tab located at the bottom of the screen.
  2. Next, tap on See All button located at the upper right.
  3. Next on, tap on Edit.
  4. Now, tap on the red minus button for the specific album.
  5. Lastly, tap on Delete Album.

This will only remove the photo album from the iPhone or iPad and not the photos and videos that are in it.
